How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

What is your return policy for food items?

How do I prepare the expedition meals?

Most meals simply require adding boiling water directly into the pouch, stirring, and waiting 5-10 minutes. Detailed instructions, including the exact amount of water needed, are printed on the back of every pack.
